Warfare Command. A personal separation and retirement planner for Marines
MUSTER OUT
PILOTv0.1.0
Know what is due next for your separation, with the source behind it.
Your board lives in your own Claude account. Every gate is a dated rule counted from your date. Every item carries the regulation text that governs it. Nobody hosts it for you, and the people who built it cannot read it.
VA Benefits and Services Participant Guide, Module 3Chartered VSOs offer these services for free.
Example data, not a real person's plan.
Three things you need
Claude Pro, $20 a month. Setup uses Claude Code, which comes with Pro. Keep it through your date; the Ask box and the assistant use it.
A laptop for one session, about 45 minutes. Mac or Windows. After that your phone is enough for the board.
The lesson, about 20 minutes. What this kind of AI is, what it gets wrong, how to brief it, and three drills. It ends with a one tap preflight so whoever is setting you up knows what you are bringing.
The setup, in three steps
Install the Claude desktop app and sign in. Open the Code tab.
Clone the repository by URL and choose the folder it made.
Type set me up and answer the questions. Skip any you want. About ten minutes later the board opens on your laptop and on your phone.
Covered today: resigning a regular commission, retiring, separating at EAS; officer and enlisted; Reserve affiliation and SkillBridge as options. Medical separation, involuntary separation, and Guard and Reserve retirements get a "who to call" page instead of a plan until their packs pass review. The support matrix.
Sixty seconds of the board
Demo data, not a real person's plan. The video shows the board's dark theme; the board follows your device's light or dark setting.
Where your data lives
In your claude.ai account, under your own login, hosted by Anthropic the same way your Claude conversations are. The project has no server, no copy, and no access. The page itself is a generic template; your dates and notes exist only in the database behind your copy.
Two optional things leave your machine, and only if you say yes: one anonymous count at setup (service, path, grade group, version) so the maintainer knows how many boards exist, and the lesson results if you choose to send them. Read the whole privacy page; it is short.
Questions people ask first
Is this official?
No. It is open source, written by Marines, and it cites the official documents by paragraph. IPAC, your TAP counselor, your VSO, and your command decide what applies to you.
Does it predict my VA rating?
No. It tracks the claim timeline, the evidence, and the condition list. VA decides from the evidence and the exams.
Can I do it on my phone?
The setup needs a laptop once. The board works on a phone after that. Changing your profile and the weekly watch use the laptop again.
What if a regulation changes?
A weekly watch reads the new MARADMINs and files anything that touches your path when you run /watch. It covers MARADMINs only, not VA or DoD changes, and it says so.
How do I delete it?
Delete the page from claude.ai and delete the folder. Your own Claude chats stay in your account, under your settings.
